I learned Friday evening a friend of mine and her husband were killed the day after Christmas by a drunk driver. Their 16 yr old adopted son was in the car behind them and saw it happen.

Anyone who drives drunk and causes a death should be charged with pre-meditated MURDER in my opinion. Starting that car and driving drunk is the same as pulling a trigger on a gun and not even caring who takes the bullet.
